Android: ELM327 OBDII adapter

This is not Multimap, therefore:
- Vehicles with a Security CAN Gateway require an SGW bypass.
- The mode is not saved after switching off the ignition.
- Mode switching takes slightly longer (about 1 second, not a fraction of a second).
- Since there is no Individual Security Code (meaning no authentication at all), in theory anyone can connect to your car.

Known problem

Cheap ELM327 adapters (under $30) often lack support for many commands, specifically AT SH. If this is the case, you will see a "please turn on the ignition" message.
