Effective Cooling:

Equipped with a powerful industrial fan with a capacity of 5 m³/s and 11 kW power. The air flow speed of up to 140-160 km/h ensures excellent engine cooling, allowing stable results during repeated measurements.

Wide Compatibility:

We conduct power measurements for all drive types:
  • Front-Wheel Drive Vehicles: VW: Polo, Golf GTI, Passat, Caravelle 2.0 TDI, Transporter 2.0 TDI, Tiguan, Passat CC; Audi: A1, A3, A4, A6; Skoda: Octavia; Seat: Leon; Mini: Cooper; Abarth; Citroen; Peugeot.
  • Rear-Wheel Drive Vehicles: Alfa Romeo: Giulia; BMW: 2 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series; Mercedes: C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, Viano.

Axle Synchronization:

Our dyno stand in the Reutlingen district uses toothed belts to synchronize the front and rear axles, ensuring they rotate at the same speed and preventing damage, especially for vehicles with HALDEX clutches.

Modern Technology:

Equipped with an electromagnetic “retarder” brake, our stand allows decelerating or completely stopping the acceleration for vehicles up to 500 PS. This helps achieve maximum boost pressure and record all engine parameters under various loads and speeds.

versatility:

The front axle is equipped with 6 rollers, the rear with 4, ensuring versatility for vehicles with different wheelbases.

Reliable Mounting ON THE DYNO:

The vehicle is secured with 8 straps, each capable of withstanding up to 5 tons of load. At least 4 straps (two at the front and two at the rear) provide reliable fixation. The vehicle is secured in all positions and pressed against the rollers with a force of hundreds of kilograms, practically eliminating wheel slippage during measurements.
